What patients say on Google
“If I could give it zero stars I would. My first appointment was great. My provider listened to me, and was amazing. I hadn’t been on any medication in over three years even though I was diagnosed with did and autism. They didn’t pull my records for her so we had to use my phone to find things to show her. She put me on a medication and told me if I had issues to call her. I did have complications with the medication and called a week later. THE DESK TOLD ME MY PROVIDER was NO LONGER THERE. They never called me to tell me that. Suppose I’d found out at my next appointment… and they said I would have to see someone else to get help. Should’ve been my first red flag. I had another appointment via Telehealth where the provider wasn’t showing her face but I showed mine. She put me on vyvanse a controlled medication. (The first one wasn’t controlled) I have never been on anything like this. The medication worked great. But I had difficulty getting an appointment where I am management at a bank and work 9-5/6. I asked repeatedly if other options were available. They kept placing me on days I couldn’t do without my consent. Finally after my medication is about to lapse they say they can do an 8:30. They told me they could send my medication in today, and my last pill was today. Come to find out that’s a lie. They wouldn’t do it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. The amount of unprofessionalism in this practice is astounding. They treated me like I was drug seeking because I was upset they were going to let my medication lapse. I tried for weeks to secure an appointment. IF YOU WORK then DO NOT go here. I know why the first provider left. They are NOT KIND or a GOOD COMPANY.”
