What patients say on Google
“This was my first in person visit. Dr O’Neal was easy to talk to and very down to earth. I looked forward to my years of being his patient. The ladies in the office are awesome. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, considerate, should I stop now. Thank you all for a great first visit.”
“Appt at 10 Arrived at 945 Called back at 10:30 Dr comes in at 11 When asked how long the wait would be at 10:55 because my appt was at 10 i was met with annoyance by the lady in check out. Dr Oneal popped in and asked how I was and was upset because I expressed my irriation with the 1hr wait and cancelled the appointment which was only to go over my annual labs. An appoinment that shouldve taken all of 15 min to complete never happened due to poor planning and communication. If you dont have adequate time to see patients, find a way to fix it without the burden being placed on those attempting to receive care. Communication is important with patients and most times our days are scheduled arround appointments and delays should be communicated and nothing was. Its strange and unfair that if we're 15 min late we have to reschedule but if the provider is behind we are expected to just deal with the timing issue for the sake of receiving care.”
“As a new patient, I was very impressed by the desk staff. They are the “face of the practice” & that interaction can be a great experience for a patient or not. This staff is so friendly & welcoming! I appreciate the professionalism of the medical staff as well! Dr O’Neal was so personable & I am thankful for the time he took with me. He listened & accommodated all my concerns. I feel I am in good hands with this medical practice. Would highly recommend!”
