“I loved my medical provider, Dr. Hennessy. I was with him for nine years. His dedication to patient care was beyond amazing. Unfortunately since his departure I have not found that in the current providers on staff. As it pertains to my experience with the dental department, The Hygienist Jessica does an outstanding job. Her attention to detail is superb! The dentist they currently have on staff...His recommendations from my comprehensive exam did not meet my expectations.”

“The wait time and customer service is horrible! My last visit, I walked out after waiting almost 2 hours and the dr. was still not available. No one notified me. I had to leave the room and ask. They told me I would need to reach out to reschedule if I cant wait any longer. This is the 2nd and last time they waste my time. 2 hr wait for a general check up is outrageous. If you actually ever get to see a "dr" here, Dr.Ben is great but I personally cant keep wasting my day at a dr. office for a simple check up.”

“My experience was quite different than others that reviewed this office. I showed up 25 minutes early due to the reviews and also praying I would get seen on time. I walked in the office, proceeded to the counter and the front desk receptionist smiled as she asked for my information and then I was given paperwork to fill out. Upon returning the paperwork I sat back down and about 5 mins, maybe 10 minutes at the most and thats truly stretching the time. The side door opens and a nurse called my name. I was in the back and completed the exam and was spoken to about any and all options and back on my way to complete my remaining errands of the day in 2 hours or less and I want to add that I am stretching the time as I did not time this visit. This is only a memory and I want to emphasize that the 2 hour limit is stretching the time as much as I can. The front desk receptionist was very polite, the nurses were wonderful as well and the doctor was well Informed and gave me plenty of options, answered all my questions and explained everything to me where I felt completely comfortable with this appointment and this office.”

“HORRIBLE customer service. VERY LONG WAIT. Up to 2 hours, wait time with a minimum of one hour, even with an appointment. Receptionists are very RUDE! Especially one in particular. The one that has been there longer. Calling for any kind of assistance is useless. Nobody will answer, or they claim they will call back but NEVER call back. The medical personnel, however, is very kind and helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”
