“IGNOBLE I waited all morning for the appointment and nobody called. I then called them. The receptionist admitted she changed the appointment without notifying me. I explained I am a very punctual person and I expect the same in return, and I hung up. This rotten female called back and blamed it all on me. That my behavior was unacceptable. This, after she admitted she caused the issue. This type of narcissistic abuse is at an all time high. EXAMPLE: "I realize I deliberately changed your appointment and did not inform you, but your reaction is the real issue." WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS.”
