What patients say on Google
“I have been going to RT Clinic for five months now, and it has been a truly life-changing experience. Treatments have helped me so much—I no longer have daily thoughts of hurting myself. Tiffany goes out of her way every time I'm there. She also accommodates ALL of my frequent appointment changes. (Please don't do this to her. I'm enough) She has always been kind and professional. Dr. John was amazing at my intake and the following appointments. He was warm and caring. Megan is my therapist and I cannot say enough good things about her. She listens, asks difficult questions that make me think and has accommodated my schedule. When a minor staffing issue arose, management handled it swiftly and professionally to ensure I always felt comfortable and safe. If you have anxiety or depression I highly recommend RT Clinics. They care about their clients and it shows!!”
“This place is an absolute joke. They are completely incompetent when it comes to handling patients with mental health issues, which is weird because that's their JOB. DO NOT bring anyone you care about to this place with any hope of getting any kind of help. If you have any kind of real mental health issue they will waste your time and make promises that they don't deliver on. We seen Megan who seemed great. She helped my partner out in her first session and made all kinds of sweet promises of being able to help get my partners mental health under control. We were told that Megan would review medications and call us back with a plan and what medications she recommends we try out. She said she would call us back THAT DAY. We never got a call back that day and after reaching out to them the next day we get told "we can't help you, you're too complicated." How are you going to lie to someone with BPD and then drop them for simply wanting answers on why promises were not kept. I will drag these people on every single platform possible and tell every single person I meet to avoid this terrible place. Maybe the doctors here need to lay off the ketamine and actually do their job. If you aren't going to actually help people then get a different career.”
