“Had my daughter scheduled here for her first appointment and upon arrival noticed that the business hours were from 8-4. Her appointment was at 5 so there was already a red flag before even stepping inside. Went ahead and walked in. Arrived 15 minutes early in case there was paperwork that needed to be done. Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before we were told that the therapist was running late, she wasn’t even in the building and it would be another 30 minutes. When I told them I left early from work just for this appointment there seemed to be some backtracking. The receptionist was texting with the therapist, appeared very nervous and then offered a phone visit in a short while. She was supposedly in commute to the facility at that time. 2 hours later there hasn’t been a phone call. We will be taking our daughter to another therapist in a different facility as soon as we can get a doctor referral. This is extremely rude and disrespectful of people’s time.”

“Literally just do not want to do their jobs. When you call, the person that actually answers the phone doesn’t know how to assist you. You get transferred to someone that doesn’t even answer. Not even the Therapists can get proper communication from the office. Absolute waste of time!”
