What patients say on Google

“I've been a patient here for about a year and a half, and things have really improved! It was a few months wait for my first visit, but I wasn't in a rush and just wanted to establish care, so I didn't mind. From a patient perspective, at first, it could take a while to get an appointment once I was established, and there was a period where the phones were breaking up really bad so calling the office was tough. BUT from the perspective of being a manager at Rochester's largest Primary Care Practice with URMC, I know how difficult it can be to hire a Clinician. This is a newer practice, and it takes A LONG TIME to find a clinician that aligns with your mission AND is available AND accepts your offer. If they do accept, it's usually months before they are able to start because they are leaving a patient base at another practice and they need to wrap things up there. Since hiring on more clinicians, I haven't had a single complaint! Getting an appointment is so easy now! From my very first visit, the ladies at the front desk have been so kind, helpful, and pleasant! Dr. Wang takes the time to listen and is very thorough and proactive! I never leave feeling like more could have been done as I have in the past with previous PCPs. I'm also a patient with GYN and Behavioral Health, and have had nothing but an easy experience with both groups! I know some of the older reviews aren't great, but I really am impressed with the quality of care I receive here, and do think they've worked out the kinks.”

“It’s been decades since I’ve experienced excellent primary care and I found it here. And then I brought in 4 other women among my family and close friends, because I love them and care about the health care the receive. 4 of the 5 of us now also have our GYN care at this facility, and one is a patient with their Cardio team as well.”

“If I could 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute nightmare. I’ve been trying to have my iud out for over a year. My first visit I assumed was new patient and they wouldn’t be doing anything. Wrong. So I was unprepared mentally and I did not take any ibuprofen/tylenol beforehand. The doctor stated she liked a challenge and could try. I let the assistant know I needed ibuprofen, and never got any. Then I had to have an internal ultrasound done. After that they called me to go over results and we were playing phone tag for a while. That turned into I need an appointment to discuss which I assumed was just so they could bill me for it. I lost motivation due to this experience and just let it go for a while. Around a year later I finally have the stupid video chat with the doctor. This chat was scheduled for 20 minutes. The doctor got on and didn’t even know what it was about. It lasted 2 minutes and I was told I would get a message about moving forward surgically. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything. I started messaging the doctor on my chart and she completely ignored me. I reached out to the office manager but I’m getting nowhere. Now they are saying I owe from my video chat but I paid my copay at the time of the appointment and all of my other balance. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone they do not care about you.”

“Elizabeth the NP is compassionate and wonderful if you are a patient with pelvic pain. I felt like she listened and accomodated me well! Best experience I ever had with a provider!”
