“Seen Nadie and it was the best experience I have ever had with a therapist i was having major anxiety about leaving the house this day and she made me feel calm and she actually listened thats all I wanted was to be heard and cared for and Nadie made that happen for me I want to thank her so much for that. I switched to rochester regional after having a very bad traumatic experience with a therapist at strong mental health so it was really hard for me to even seek out therapy after being treated so badly at the other place. Nadie made a difference for me though.”

“I was treated very poorly and unfairly in this place overlooked, misunderstood and mistreated It was racism and favoritism. I would raise my hand and say my answer I don't get no credit someone else steal my answer and say it they get the credit for my answer that I gave just as if everything else dealt jealously ,envy ,copying ,following ,comparing ,competing , people was mad and hating I thought this was a safe place I already deal with this on the outside and having to come to a facility and deal with this . I was not heard treated me like I did not exist mind you I am the one who turn on lightbulbs in these people heads workers and clients everybody copied everything I did and said and never gave me credit for anything . Very sad disturbing experience I had . The worker I had even copied everything I did and said people stole all my answers and ideas so they can sound smart wasn't going to share but I don't think it's fair I had to stop services because of All this . Don't want any credit but you can't people things from them and not give them credit that's thievery and no credit on top of all that to act like your the one who came up with it and never acknowledge or mention the person is even more insane they acted like they did not hear my answers ,ideas or suggestions but the very next day or week it was repeated and they got credit for my stuff even stuff I said in private was repeated cause how would people know and be able to mention it if I aint tell them anything personal I could not be myself in here but still was cause I cant be fake like everyone else they made me cry over that and put me out for speaking my mind”

“I've been coming here for over 5 years, have seen 3 therapists that all have been amazing and for having the worst health insurance, I'd say 10/10 overall. My psych (for meds) was amazing and I was with her for 5 years until she retired, and the replacement is also excellent. For anyone who is new--remember this is a trial and error process! :)”

“I had a very nice therapist who I liked. Then the billing department hit me with three fraudulent charges — in person visits when all were telehealth. I never did an in person intake yet I was being charged hundreds of dollars per visit. Once is a mistake, three times is fraud. I have been battling these charges with endless phone calls to my insurance company and billing since JULY. This is not what I needed as a healthcare worker during a pandemic. I have since ended my care with this place and caution others to go here since their billing department is clearly irresponsible.”
