“Urgent Care Provider Marc was amazing, along with everyone else we interacted with! He was great with my toddler, read her X-rays quickly, and had us in and out. On top of that, his bedside manner is phenomenal. Another big plus was how clean the facility is. We’ve had bad experiences at other local urgent cares, so it’s really nice to have a quality urgent care in Geneva. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this urgent care to everyone I know!”

She went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to contact Dr. Gargano's office on my behalf to make sure everything was taken care of, which I truly appreciated. It's rare to find someone who is so kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for a patient. Her excellent customer service made the entire experience much less stressful. “Very nice building, there is only one door and long building but everything is layed out right in the main hallway for easy navigation. The staff is very helpful to point you in the right direction if need be. Only problem I've had is communicating with the Dr's about prescription refills or ones that didn't get sent over to my pharmacy. But otherwise impressed because most other places are very unorganized and feel like they don't care anymore about helping people.”
