“My first time there, the reception area the people are nice, the waiting room is clean, the bathroom is clean.. not too bad of a wait time. I met my therapist Haleigh, office has a relaxing environment, she was kind, asked me questions , took her time with me.. spend my whole life worrying about my body, forgetting about the mind, time to heal..”

“Went here years ago and never came back. Perhaps it's changed but I have my doubts. Starting from the exterior imposing brick fascade to the interior institutionalized feel and smell, security guards and non-welcoming receptionists you get the feeling that you've just entered the set of One Flew Over The Cookoo's Nest. The only thing missing was Nurse Ratchet. After check-in, I sat in a packed waiting room under the watchful eyes of security until I was called back for my assigned "therapist". From there I spent the entire appointment filling out paperwork and describing some of the issues I was dealing with. For my second appointment I was expecting a game plan based on my input from my first appointment. Instead I was assigned to a second "therapist" as my original "therapist" was overbooked. I had to rehash all the information from my first appointment and left with no counseling, recommendations or anything resembling the help I needed. For my third appointment I was told that I would be reassigned to yet another "therapist" as my second "therapist" was overbooked. At that point I refused and walked out never to return. It took me some time and research but I was able to find a private clinic that would accept my insurance and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. If this clinic continues to do business as usual I say shame on you and do better for the sake of your patients. If you are a patient considering this clinic, I would advise you to explore alternative options.”
