“I don't understand how this place has gotten so many bad reviews which is very unfortunate, my experience though has been amazing! the walk ins make it so much easier than having to wait months and months for a therapist and a psychiatrist!!!!”
“I have been coming here this is the second time I have had an incident with one of the patients sexually harassed by one of them. I really feel like you guys need to have security walking around the lobby where we are waiting instead of them shopping online looking at the computer have them get up every 15 minutes and take a look around the lobby because there's men breaking boundaries and not understanding cognitive skills with the women or just the elderly people. Put signs up saying respect people's privacy”
“I have been a patient here for over 10 years and my experience has been up and down. I hate how you have to switch therapists so frequently that’s hard. I also wish I could see a doctor as opposed to a nurse practitioner. I find the office staff really nice and helpful and the nursing staff as well.”
“To become a new patient you first have to see a therapist like three times before you can see a doctor. You have no control over which doctor you see and in my experience I have had to see 4 different doctors. Worst of all is that you usually wind up seeing Residency doctors instead of the actual main physician and if you try to which away from the residency doctor (which I have done 4 times) you just get a call from the main physician, or message or talk from the residency doctor that the main physician is only a supervisor and all the decisions made for your care are done with the main physician so there is no reason to see them. That said the resident doctors are basically students still and their experience levels are low. I would almost say they don’t know what they are doing. I often feel like a laboratory mouse they are just throwing meds at to see if anything changes. My biggest problem with them is their lack of use of controlled substances. They have me on half of what is usually recommended and I physically suffer every day because they won’t increase it. Saying things that are obviously true like “it can cause dependency and CNS depression” . Forget the fact I need it to survive daily and just throw other pills at me to see if it works (tried 5 different pills already). It’s been the longest year of my life working with these people. I lost my job, working part time, on disability, had to stop college, and about to lose my apartment. I just had to apply for benefits things are so rough. They would rather let my life fall into pieces while they pay god with my prescriptions and force you to talk to a therapist which only benefits them.”
