Amanda Ross will kick you out of the system for one missed apointment, they have NO SYMPATHY and could care less it was the day my mother passed away. Now my daughter has been taken out of their system at the whim of the receptionist Christina who would not relay my messages and refused to have anyone call me back and not a single one of them care. For Massena behavioral health, this is a very sad way to treat a child.”

“Absolutely Horrible. I waited 2 years on a waiting list for therapy, finally got a therapist and he was awful. All he could talk about was what a nice smile I had. I asked for a new therapist, no one ever followed up and I got lost in the system again and have been waiting for over a year again. No wonder people commit suicide so much out here. You guys do not care about people.”
