“Dr.Reeves is completely incompetent as a doctor and lacks the compassion needed to serve the mentally ill. He likes to create false narratives about patients and scare them by calling them addicts with no basis for such claims. During my time under his care, I felt as though it was truly a game to him to see how much he could break an individual rather than rehabilitate them. Do not trust your loved ones to be safe under his care and look elsewhere for your mental health care needs!”

“Dude’s a big time lame. He kept touching my shoulder when I asked him not to. He also kept whispering “get on with it” as I told him my statements. Very unprofessional, very rude. He also reeked of moth balls and Mtn Dew.”

“Dr. Reeves was very helpful in getting me off a bad medication a previous doctor had me on and changing me to a better one. He is very reserved and quiet but listened and asked questions.”

“Unfortunately, I can’t give a ZERO star rating. I’ve never, in my life, walked into any doctor’s office and walked straight into blunt rudeness. I have to see a psychiatrist for certain medications and my psychiatrist moved out of state, so I ended up with Dr. Reeves. He cut me off while I was trying to tell him the three medications I needed. He immediately told me that I KNEW he didn’t prescribe that medication because it was in my paperwork (it wasn’t) and that his secretary had told me (not true). I had to reschedule 2 or 3 times because of different events - I would assume that someone at some point would have given me this information (but they never did). I told him I wouldn’t have driven an hour to see him if I’d known this. He continued to argue with me and slammed a piece of paper on his desk and slid it towards me. The paper was about addiction. No. I’m not an addict and I never have been. I can’t, for the life of me, understand how he’s still practicing medicine with the way he treats his patients. Someone is going to end up going to him for serious help, he’s going to rip them a new one and that person will go home and harm themselves. Dr. Reeves will really be in a sling, then. If you’re considering this doctor, beware. Just don’t. Find another psychiatrist - ANY psychiatrist - but avoid Roy Reeves at all costs.”
