“My child has been with the practice for about a year now, and unfortunately there just isn't anything nice I can say about them. For starters, I'm not sure why they even have a receptionist, as she does absolutely nothing. It's literally impossible to reach her by phone. When you call there's a voice prompt that doesn't give you any options, just says that calls will be answered in the order they're received and then hangs up on you, every single time. My child missed their last appointment due to accidentally missing their bus after school, but now we're stuck in limbo because I'm not able to schedule an appointment, and we can't get her prescriptions refilled without an appointment on the books. We're also no longer allowed to call in for prescription refills, we need to request them via email, which can take nearly a week. I've emailed to let them know that I cannot get through to anyone on the phone, and asked if someone could call me to schedule but have not heard back. The receptionist is also really rude, and just not a friendly person in general. Also, if you're late to your appointment for any reason, even if you call ahead of time to let them know, they simply don't care and you're appointment will be cut short even though the office has always been completely empty anytime we go in. This is something that I've never had happen at any other practice I've been with. Overall, you can really tell that you're just another number to them. They don't consider you an individual patient with their own complex medical needs, and it's certainly not a priority for them to ensure you're receiving all of your medications in a timely manner. Which it's extremely dangerous for anyone to abruptly stop psych medications, but even moreso for a child. It's medical malpractice.”

“Worst place I’ve ever experienced in my entire existence made me wait a month saying I will get my medication then just to say we can’t prescribe your medication. Supposed to help you but make things worse than they were!!! Funny because I read the review first thinking ohh maybe they will do me right and help I should’ve listened to the reviews this place is trash, trash I’m so mad the next word that would come out of my mouth ima just leave out the comment”

“The practice would be great but unfortunately you have to deal with the office manager frequently who is condescending and unprofessional, definitely not what you would expect when you call a mental health practice! The clinicians and psychiatrist are great.”
