“Awful customer service which speaks volumes about their care towards patients. I'm looking to start the process of taking medication for my mental health and was looking for a provider that would explain a brief detail about their approach. I asked a few questions and mentioned having health insurance, though I am more than willing to pay out of pocket for the right provider. I do have to say that they responded to me quickly through email but with a curt, "We do not take United Healthcare -Take care" while completely ignoring my questions. My questions didn't require an essay of explanation. Needless to say, I'll be searching for another provider that will take the time to answer the few questions I had instead of writing me off because they do not take my health insurance. Do they not take out of pocket payments?? This was a huge red flag for me as someone looking to start the daunting process of medication assessment and management.”

“A new patient, but after only a few virtual visits and a few office staff conversations I'm extremely impressed with this whole practice. They are efficient and caring at the same time. I've been dealing with mental health since my early teens, now 37, and been to more than a few practices in my 25 years... so far RPS has set a perfect example of how to operate and treat people. Based on my experience so far, I would highly highly recommend them.”

“Refused to see me without my old records. It didn't matter how I explained my old psychiatrist disappeared (no email or voicemail), the owner told me this was "not [her] problem" and refused to schedule me an appointment. Disgusted at the lack of care this office shows. Patients are definitely not their priority.”
