How likely are you to recommend Rochester Health Center Adult Behavioral Health | Primary Health Network?
What patients say on Google
“I had an excellent experience with primary health network my doctor is very nice and helpful i can tell she genuinely cares. The only downside that I have ever experienced was when I missed my telehealth appt I called to reschedule and got no answer on the phone and I left several voicemails to reschedule and I didn't receive a call back. Besides that, I have nothing but good things to say about primary health network”
“I’ve had a very nice experience receiving care at this office over the last 6 months. The office staff are helpful and friendly, and have even learned my name as I check in. They always answer and return phone calls promptly. In the times I’ve missed an appointment, they’ve called and we’ve always been able to reschedule within a week. I’ve called 10 minutes before an appointment and asked to do it over telehealth, and we’ve always been able to make the switch seamlessly. I’m never waiting in the waiting room for very long, and I am always called back for my appointments on time. The therapist I see has made a difference in my life. She really helps me understand and think through my behavior and experiences, and is very validating of my feelings. She helps me to see different paths and learn healthier coping strategies. I asked for worksheets to do between appointments, and she always gives me ones that are relevant and helpful. The nurse practitioner who prescribes my meds really takes the time to listen and understand. I never feel like I’m being rushed. When a medication isn’t working, she finds out why before recommending something new. She explains to me why she thinks the new medication could help and how it works. When I needed a break from medication, she even prescribed me a Magnesium citrate supplement just to see if that would help as a place holder, and it did help with my anxiety a lot. I appreciate her openness and willingness to work with me. And her office is very cozy. And from what I understand, my therapist and nurse practitioner will check in with each other behind the scenes from time to time to make sure they’re on the same page and are taking the best course of action for my care. Overall, 10/10, great experience. Would recommend.”
“I called to make a new patient appointment today. When the receptionist answered the phone I said nicely "Hello can I make an appointment, I would be a new patient." She did not say anything back and hung up on me. I then called back and their phones were switched to their answering service. I was able to leave a message with the nice woman from the answering service. I understand if the office was at lunch and forgot to turn their phones over. But it is very unprofessional to hang up on someone. She could have took my info and called me back. I previously have worked at a doctors office and I never would hang up on someone who called no matter what the circumstance.”
“I’ve been going to therapy here for a little over 7 years. I’ve been seeing my current therapist there for about 2-3 years. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for 6 months. I’ve left numerous voicemails with 0 returned calls. Going from speaking with someone every once or twice a week to nothing for over 6 months really hasn’t done my mental health good and from what family and friends have said, it seems like it’s actually declined because of it. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I really like my current therapist. But since no one can return my calls I’ve taken action to find a new one.”
