Robert Ussai, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

“I really like Rob. He's been my psychiatrist for years - but it's hard to know what to call him because he's a psychiatric nurse practioner. I've gone to him for at least 8 years. I give Rob a 5. But I don't give the Lifestance online system a high rating at all. It's been almost impossible to contact anyone in billing. Prior to every appointment I have to fill out the same online forms. The forms don't seem to go through unless I put in my credit card. I won't do that. Apart from a security issue, my insurance will refund my Co-pay, but I need some info on my receipt that an automatic receipt doesn't include. Since getting in touch with billing is almost impossible, it's FRUSTRATING at every appt. I've finally found a way to pay, but it's not in conjunction with the forms. Since my info doesn't change, this whole experience is annoying. Again, I really like Rob. But by the time I get to him (we do telehealth), I'm annoyed.”
