In particular, I was very dissatisfied with my experience working with Lynn. The level of professionalism, communication, and overall handling of the counseling process fell far below what I expected from a professional counseling practice. Counseling often involves difficult and sensitive situations, which makes professionalism, consistency, communication, and trust especially important. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and deeply disappointed with the process. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this practice or Lynn as a counselor. I invested significant time, money, and effort into the process and ultimately walked away extremely dissatisfied.”
