“My son has been here twice. He missed his last few appointments due to vehicle issues and then being sick and today he was supposed to go at 4 and we get my mom to give us a ride ALLL THE WAY OVER THERE (Diberville to Gulfport so almost 30 min drive with traffic) and they tell me he doesn’t have an appointment today and that they can ACTUALLY put him on the schedule and asked if this time works for us. I said no because we had my mom bring us, pretty much insinuating the difficulty of getting there. And i just left. I was so livid. He was so happy and excited to see his therapist and play with the toys she has. This isn’t my only issue with this place. Both times we went she would listen to me and my concerns and provided little to no help on the matters, or tell me stuff i already knew. Needless to say i will be looking elsewhere for therapy for my son.”

“100% hands-down not recommended. I work for a wonderful company that provides free sessions for my needs and this was one of the businesses that was recommended. I went with the recommendation and Elizabeth Faust as the therapist and I could not be more disappointed. Not only did the left-hand not know what the right hand was doing as I was trying to get my first appointment for over two weeks, my very first appointment that I arrived early for was 10 minutes late. Now my second appointment today was 15 minutes late. Just like the first time and now this time the therapist is late as well as the young lady at the counter never spoke to me when I came in the door either time. Not a very welcoming environment , but if you go here, you will be very aware that you will be charged $90 if you do not make your appointment. I feel it is unethical to charge insurance or people for hours of service that are not full hours. My first appointment was not a full hour, and this one was not gonna be as well. Before my late appointment, I decided to sever the services or needs for this business. I will find Help elsewhere.”
