“I recently experienced River’s bend for about three or four months and they did a fantastic job. The group therapy as well as the one-on-one therapy really worked. The tips they provided were useful. The therapists were phenomenal, they really listen and took time out to understand and provide solutions to any problem you were having.”

“Beware of their shady (legal?) billing practices. They will charge your card at the time of service without an invoice. When I realized I had been overcharged by a lot, I called to request an invoice and a refund. They continually refused my requests, saying they haven't been fully paid by the insurance company. How fair is that? ...Here is an update one week later after the response from the onwer to request for me to edit my review: It’s interesting you’ve chosen to communicate with me in this public way. I’m sorry but I’m going to stick with my review for the following reasons: 1. It seems like this review prompted some action, because someone called me to process my refund check the next day. I’m glad it finally got resolved, but it’s sad that it took public shaming to do so. Stacy got involved and resolved it. Thank goodness for Stacy. 2. Stephanie Howey, the co-owner, never called me, despite you being told that she had. 3. My refund check (for thousands of dollars!) arrived with no explanation of the calculation, and didn’t match with my calculation. When I called the billing office, the same woman answered the phone that had refused my requests previously. She’s also the one that hung up on me before (yeah, that happened). She told me she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Well, no one did, for three days. I called Stacy directly, and she graciously explained to me what had happened, and for the first time, I heard an apology. It’s all good now. I’m not a hater and I don't like to bring any business down, but this experience left me really dejected. Aren't you guys supposed to help with mental health? I think you deserve your one-star review.”

“The practitioners here are absolutely fantastic. However the billing department has been so difficult to deal with. I’ve stopped seeing my favorite therapist and psych because they cannot seem to figure out their own systems. Unfortunately I cannot recommend”
