How likely are you to recommend River City Advocacy?
What patients say on Google
“Chris has been an outstanding therapist for me over the past several months. He’s genuinely caring, insightful, and really knows how to help you dig into what’s going on without making it feel heavy or clinical. What I appreciate most is his men’s group program. He's also an excellent facilitator—he keeps things balanced, makes sure everyone feels heard and respected, and creates a space where real conversations and growth can happen. I’ve gotten so much out of both the one-on-one sessions and the group. If you’re someone looking for solid therapy or a meaningful men’s group, I can’t recommend Chris enough. He’s the real deal.”
“Gretchen at the front desk is so friendly, always joyful and ready to help. My father has been helped here and they had made every effort to accommodate his needs. Very professional.”
“I want to let everyone know that I’ve had my little petty tantrum, like others it’s hard to change. Life is so crazy now days that when we aren’t able to control a situation, we say or act out in different ways. River city advocacy has been with me since 2010 and save my life. I was starting to become someone who I never knew. I almost couldn’t leave my mobile home at the time. But they got me going four days a week, from 9 to 3. My RCA family have been there for me in a lot situation and I’m better because of them. I’m very grateful that I have somewhere to go, that I can always be myself. I have not been going very often this year and some prior to Covid-19. But I know I will always be welcomed. They are working hard to make the new place home. It’s just so different, but it’s still the best place in town for me and all my friends. So come on over and take a peek at my home away from home. 🤗🤪🙏”
“Love the art room. Always a supportive and friendly environment . Counseling is always beneficial as well as staff support. I feel much better being a member of this community for mental support.”
