“HORRIBLE experience with this clinic. Came to be treated for my ADHD, have been ongoing 4 months with 0 solutions. We finally get on a pathway but they require an EKG, now going on three days contacting them trying just to get the order so I can go get it done. The receptionist Natalie? Completely unprofessional. If she tells you she will call you back, she won't. You can bring it up to her like I did, she will give you a fake apology, and then DO IT AGAIN. HORRIBLE clinic, completely disregarding their patients time. Update: Manager from the office decides to talk to me now. STILL 0 solutions for my issues or case, but guaranteed brought up the fact I left this review. Proceeded to try and defend his front desk, arguing back and forth. My EKG earlier stated? STILL doesn’t exist. Completely unprofessional for a manager to argue with a customer back and forth , offer zero solutions to the issue, and try and switch the focus to a review they’re sad about. What a joke of a clinic. Update update: Spoke with the Dr. Torres. Dr. said I was rightfully upset with the whole situation with his office BUT will not prescribe me my required medication for it because I was upset... Wants to give me an alternative. This office clearly does not care for the actual well being of their patients and doing what they wish. STAY AWAY.”
