“Very shady place said we were approved for my kids visit then turned around after 5 visits in to tell us we were not covered and had to pay out of pocket they then have charged our card for months to the point we had to turn it off while we dispute it with our insurance company very slimely place that claims they will work with you and will dig up any card you have used to charge you there fees. BEWARE!”
