What patients say on Google
“I give this company a reading of one star because I just received a data breach notice explaining to me that my personal information might have been stolen Due to their data, security incidents being hacked. and also, I was court order to come here, but I genuinely wanted help however, the lady that I was assigned to literally did absolutely nothing and made zero impact on me. I probably saw her only like three times and she told me that she was gonna give me resources to continue my journey after I graduated high school however I never got any of those resources or ever heard from her again so they were absolutely hopeless and I genuinely wanted to help”
“I had a really tough experience with Richmond Behavioral Health Authority. I went to their crisis center and was fine, but was FALSELY diagnosed with bipolar disorder. When I got a permanent psychiatrist, I tried to explain that I didn’t believe I was bipolar and that it was just put on my intake to get me a bed. For a whole year, she didn’t listen to me. My therapists had been pushing for me to get an ADHD evaluation for a long time, but she ignored that too. She lied, saying the test would take 4 hours and that I had to see another doctor there. My case manager would check on me, and I’d explain my concerns, but when I asked if what the doctor told me was true, I got no response. My texts even turned GREEN. I also had a skill builder who I really liked, but after I told her boss she was doing amazing, she stopped seeing me. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU REALLY WANT AND NEED MENTAL HEALTHCARE!!! I am seeing a new psych and am doing better than I ever have!!! These people who work here are NOT qualified to help! They just want your money!”
“I only give this organization a three star, because I realize and understand that some improvements are needed with it's case management. My sister who has been a client for over 25 years. Recently my sister passed away on December 31, 2024 at aged 72. Here's why I am so disappointed. My sister's case manager has been in considerate towards me. My eldest sister who passed away on October 7, 2023 was the power of attorney of our sister's estate. UPON her death she was no longer our sister's power of attorney estate. I was told by my sister's case manager that I was next of kin (sibling) to become her power of attorney estate. The case manager informed that she would draw up the legal documents to have me and my sister signed it. The case manager did not follow through on it. She was influenced by my nephew to not allow that to happen. I have never met this case manager. Only spoken with twice on the phone. This case manager was in constant communication with my eldest sister, before she passed away. After my eldest sister's death, the case manager did communicated with me as she did with my eldest sister. After the death of my last sister, this case manager did no call me to offer her condolences. She knew that I am the only living sibling. To add insult to injury, she posted on my sister's obituary her condolences only to my nephew and a family friend. She didn't mention anything about me. I am the brother. The last living sibling. Surely you would think that she would have mentioned my name. This definitely disrespectful to anyone. As a case manager that's definitely unprofessional. Again I realized and understand that all case managers aren't the same. It seems to all this case manager is interested is a "PAY CHECK."”
“Casewworker Maryland Cox never helped me at all with things needed to be doneshe lled and it is allowed for her as if I never and do not matter and never will”
