“I am very angry about the lack of Professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled for a family member that was first delayed for a month then 7 days prior to intake, called and canceled advising he was no longer seeing patients in the Hermitage area. .. 1 week notice. Out of medication and have to wait for another provider. I find the lack of notice unprofessional and unacceptable.”
