What patients say on Google

“I had 2 appointment at Rezenity health but discontinued services immediately when I learned Rezenity is owned & founded by the same psychiatrist who traumatized me, Donna Kreher. She is not ethical and she does not care about the well-being of her patients. In my previous experience with her, she dropped me from U of R Pelvic Pain Clinic because I asked questions about the pain therapy process. I asked: the pros and cons of pain therapy? If I’ve already done CBT and DBT what other skills will be taught in these sessions? Is pain therapy a substitution for diagnostic laparoscopy? I was in so much pain I was passing out and losing consciousness repeatedly and consistently. She said pain therapy was not mandatory for a diagnostic laparoscopy (it was) & she could not describe the risks + benefits/treatment plan or cost. When I said I would keep using my current psychiatrist, her defensiveness turned to anger. I have never been spoken to like this before. She raised her voice at me and said I was “going to be in pain forever, and you need to learn to deal with it!!” This was the first time a medical professional said this... I thought I still had options, ie: endometriosis excision. She abruptly ended the session early when I started crying out of frustration and deep despondence. I felt accosted, hopeless, and befuddled. I was in a state of deep confusion for several days after. The Pelvic Pain Clinic is the only facility equipped for bowel endometriosis. Because Donna Kreher dropped me, my bowel endometriosis is still untreated to this day and there is no plan to ever treat it solely due to accessibility. Consequently, family planning was delayed indefinitely. My parents were deprived grandchildren, and my partner will never know what it’s like to becoming a father. I will never be a mother… My entire blood line is ending. I’m the last. I was referred to Rezenity to help with medical gaslighting and the owner is the worst medical gaslighter I’ve encountered. She traumatized me more than any other provider or procedure. She traumatized me far, far more than my pain ever has. Donna Kreher was so enraged by my questions that she proactively undertook actions to prevent me from pursuing the care and treatment I needed, ever. It has scarred me that Donna Kreher weaponized the faults of the medical system solely because she took it personally when a patient advocated for themselves. (I would not consider this a safe space for autistic or neurodivergent people, [questions are viewed as challenging authority instead of genuine curiosity] or people who have PTSD or Ehlers-Danlos. These are all my own personal opinions.)”

“I'm so grateful for the support and care I receive with Rezenity. I work with a therapist who is kind, real, genuine, socially-just, and leaves me feeling supported and equipped with good tools after every session. The whole team at Rezenity is great -- I'm usually greeted by Allison at the front desk, and she is a beacon of efficiency and kindness. The vibes are great in this place and the mental health support is high quality, individualized, and so effective for me. I've seen a number of different mental health therapists throughout my life and this place and community of people ranks number one, by a long shot. Particularly for my disabled peers out there, Rezenity's physical space is accessible, they have close parking and elevators that work great, and therapists who really get and respect disability. ❤️🤟”
