How likely are you to recommend Restore Life Behavioral Health, PLLC.?
What patients say on Google
“0 out of 10 wouldn't recommend! The therapist they set me up with was extremely unprofessional. Funny thing is in the email they sent 1 hour before my appointment. Reads thanks for choosing us as a safe space for your mental health this woman almost made me have a meltdown. There doors were locked and I was unable to get in or be let in. And it was I guess my fault. Mind you this is my first time coming to this location. The therapist Lawaynia Brewer literally called me to question why I wasn't there. When I told her I was outside waiting to be let in she said she couldn't because she would be locked out and it wasn't her problem. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me to have a good day and hung up. I was floored. Please if you need help with your mental stay away from this place. I understand life is hard right now. But if you have a degree to help others at the very least you should be qualified and able to talk to people. This is the same culture where the therapist will make a story time session on tik tok talking about your business. Because she is clearly not there to help. You could hear it in her voice and attitude.”
“Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but this practice made the experience comfortable from the very beginning. The staff is friendly, organized, and responsive, and the clinicians create a space where you can be open without fear of judgment. I have always felt respected, heard, and encouraged. I’m grateful for the support I’ve received here.”
