“Although it can be difficult to touch base with the front desk staff to make or change appointments, the care you receive once you have an appointment is amazing. I have never had to sit and wait for any ridiculous amount of time. Gail is very friendly and engaging. She never makes me feel judged or dismissed for anything that I share with her.”

“I’ve been diagnosed with rare blood cancer MGUS I was scheduled for a visit in January. I received a jury summons for the same day of my appointment. I contacted the courthouse informed her of my situation. She stated “of course you’re not able to come with all you have going on you don’t need to miss this appointment. All you have to do is have them write a note on their letter head stating due to medical reason please excuse you from jury duty. That’s it” This office refused! Showed no empathy compassion just left a message stating they couldn’t do it! Yet, made mention it would benefit me going in the hospital. Which is why W didn’t want to miss this appointment because I did feel strongly about the reset we discussed. I canceled the appointment in a timely manner and was still charged for that day. I still had to show up for jury duty until I could get the letter from another doctor’s office who couldn’t believe Resilient Minds wouldn’t. I was hurt and disappointed how they made me feel. I never spoke with or meet a psychiatrist perhaps that was the reason. It created more panic and anxiety for me and I really needed to see someone during that time after receiving more bad news relating to my health and they just brushed me off and charged me for not coming to the appointment which I canceled immediately after receiving a bland message from “ Resilient Minds” stating they will not be able to assist me.A Psychiatric Care facility one who deemed l may benefit and recommended me being an inpatient. No one has reached out to me since. I contacted the office regarding the charge for January’s appointment which I CANCELED and pacifically asked that my card NOT to be kept in file. I was given another outsourced number. Money refunded”
