What patients say on Google
“I Love This Place. My Daughter has been coming here for almost a year and she enjoys it very much. We have been to different places but nothing compares. The front office staff are so polite and understanding. Her Therapist has made a difference in my daughter and she feels comfortable speaking with her and she looks forward to Therapy Day (appt).”
“Do Not go here if you’re a veteran! I called for an appointment and one of the reasons was to get a letter stating I could benefit from having a service dog. I am a disabled veteran that could greatly benefit from one. I was told they don’t do that. In fact she said it was against their policy to write any letters. If they truly wanted to help their patients they would write simple letters for theirs patients benefit. It’s unfortunate that they refuse to help seeing as it’s their job. I also noticed they have a LGBTQ flag at the bottom of their page so they obviously don’t have Christian and conservative values. Which makes sense to the fact they don’t want to help people but rather push progressive ideology, and take your money without a care if they help you or not.”
“Mrs. Torres is Soo sweet, kind, and caring . Miss Reyna up front desk" is such a nice person, funny and cool to talk to, this place is the nicest place to come and learn and have inner peace. Thank you 😊”
“Was referred here by another doctor. The therapist didn't match my needs, but it was only one session. It could get better. The main issue is, I asked how much the treatment was, and was met with "That's a Clarissa question, she'll call you." It's been nearly a week, and no call from Clarissa. So I called her. Was told that's something Janette would know. I asked if she knew any of the prices, and she dithered and said she has to talk to the insurance company first. By law, health care providers are required to be clear about their treatment prices, so that patients are not surprised with a huge bill. She told me $100, could be more, could be less, depending on the insurance provider. What does that mean? If they can't get more from my insurance, they will charge me more? Why is there a different price? I am seriously questioning the legality of these practices, but even more, I am questioning if I will return there. The answer is leaning towards no.”
