What patients say on Google

“The supervisor of the Rensselaer clinic Abigail is on a power trip. She lies and manipulates. I severely regressed due to her therapy. Then when i requested another therapist she refused. I asked to be a meds only client and refused sessions with her and she promptly discharged me forcing me to go to the ER to get meds I'd been on for years.”

“Couldn't put 0 stars.....They only take children up to 21 so they gave me another number to call. I didn't mind that but the place they had me call does not take patients in Troy Ny. They should have already had this known.. Instead i was on the phone for 5 minutes before they told me we don't accept patients for troy. Just call Behavioral Health Outpatient and save yourself the hassle.....”

“These people have always gone the extra mile to help us. My family has many people with spectrum issues and other psych help needed, and they've worked hard to assemble a team to support us.”

“Crappy therapists, prescribers who add 3 medications in a month while simultaneously taking you off of two you've been taking for years, and who write for the wrong variation of the medication so that the pharmacy won't fill it and I run out. Also added a pill that had interactions with another it is known, and she didn't even notice it so I ended up really sick and suffering that day because of it. I have never been put on more than one pill at a time. Only one med change should be done at once and I know this because I've seen a thousand different people in my 20 plus years of mental Health treatment. If you add two medications at the same time, you won't know which one is having which effect on you and adding another medication while your body hasn't even had 7 days of one medication or decreasing medication at the same time is very stupid. On top of it the receptionist for the department of mental health is rude , no compassion, snotty and disrespectful, Unprofessionalism to its finest. They also changed my prescriber after only seeing her once. I've seen the new one once, and all those changes have been made. I would go elsewhere if I could afford it or had better insurance.”
