“I started with telling her im taking these 2 medications, right now I need a refill on one of them but I don't need a refill on the other. She proceeded to call in the Rx that I DIDNT need refilled to the pharmacy. After that she lowered a dose of my meds without telling me. Then she scheduled an appointment for me but apparently it never got on the calendar so her assistant texts me like a week later saying I need to schedule an appointment, which I thought I already had. Nope. So then I have another appointment and during that appointment she never scheduled me for a next visit. I was gonna call to make a next appt but I looked in my email and it looks like they scheduled me for an appointment that I never agreed to. But ya know what? It works with my schedule so I'll just go with it. I get a call from her assistant reminding me that I have an appointment that day with her, which I did know ahead of time. I had virtual appointments so I'm expecting her to call me at 10:30 exactly that morning and then I never received a call at all. I went to reschedule for the next available and then the same thing happens again, no call. I don't know if somehow my phone number got changed in their system or what but I cannot believe the lack of professionalism.”
