What patients say on Google
“I’ve been going to Renew for over 2 years now and absolutely love my team. Ashley Robinett truly cares about her patients and their wellbeing as a whole, beyond just psychiatric-related cared. I have multiple autoimmune issues that I struggled for years to get answers on. Throughout that time Ashley continued to encourage me and made me feel validated even when other local providers dismissed my concerns. Having her support genuinely pushed me to keep searching for answers. Even my new team of providers at Cleveland Clinic have praised the role she’s played in helping me through my health journey. Her nurse, Olivia, is also wonderful and always kind, helpful, and responsive. I’m incredibly thankful for both of them!”
“Ashley is fantastic at listening to my concerns and adjusting my medications as needed. She has helped me become much more emotionally stable during a very difficult period in my life. Her nurse, Olivia, is incredibly kind and gentle as well. I was very nervous to seek help at first, but Ashley and Olivia have created such a comfortable and welcoming environment. As someone who struggles with anxiety, having compassionate providers like them has made a huge difference for me.”
“The provider I was seeing, was generally great and a caring person. There are certain legal restrictions an APRN falls under with certain medications, they can’t help that, it’s just the law. There are certain hoops to jump through for medications for certain diagnoses, that’s part of it. Krysti is an excellent provider, cares about your wellbeing and makes you feel comfortable during appointments and follow ups. The front desk and her scheduler, however, don’t share that same care. It’s wildly unprofessional, as a ‘scheduler’ who is not licensed as an LPN or RN or related to your medical care other than relaying messages, to hear messages and voicemails left, and decide ‘this concern is an insurance issue, we don’t have to respond to this’. Today marks the 18th day of trying to get answers to a question regarding my medication and it’s dosing, and getting it adjusted. I’ve left voicemails, messages, all for the ‘scheduler’ to screen and handle unprofessionally, and make clinical judgements outside of the scope of her position, regarding a patient. After being transferred to an unanswered voicemail box for the last time, I called back and told the front desk receptionist ‘I do not want to be transferred to another voicemail to go unanswered, this has gone on since about the 22nd of May, and it’s now June 8th, I want to speak with someone or have my call returned.’ I am not one to leave a negative review for businesses, I don’t occupy my time that way. But the way I’ve been treated and handled, and screened by this ‘scheduler’ has been incredibly rude, and unprofessional. There was nothing rude about me voicing wanting my concerns addressed and answered, I’ve worked customer service jobs and have a lot of experience dealing with unruly clients and customers. I’m not one of those. This is the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever spoken to inside of a medical or clinical office, and the way that she called me back immediately, and told me ‘I’m not gonna have you being rude to the front desk!’ And then proceeded to tell me ‘Mmhmmm I heard your voicemails.’ without returning a call, or letting my provider know, was enough for me to never want to deal with this place again. I think this is actually the first negative review I’ve ever written publicly. This is so uncharacteristic of me, but the way that I was handled and spoken to, and the way I’ve been ignored for the past 18 days, has been enough for me to transfer care out of here, to somewhere with a competent and professional scheduler. Kristy, is amazing, and an excellent provider. I give her a 10/10, she’s a delightful person. Her scheduler, I would give a flat out 0/10, and seems to have an issue not only doing her job, but doing it well, and professionally. That’s no way to treat people. I just simply have ADHD, I don’t have anything majorly sad or concerning going on with my life or my head. But I know that’s not the case for everyone, there are patients here with worse stories than I have, that actually need way more compassion than me, that may have cognitive impairments or may have something affecting them to where someone like this would be an incredibly difficult interaction for them. It is, after all, a mental health clinic. But I will not be subjected to someone who handles things the way this scheduler has, and I will transfer my care out for another facility where patients are treated like people, and let my insurance be charged elsewhere. But Krysti, however, is incredible, and I enjoyed every single meeting and appointment and follow up I had with her.”
“I absolutely love Ashley and Olivia! They are so understanding and helpful. They listen and really seem to care about me. I don't ever want to lose either of these two for my mental health needs. Renew is blessed to have them.”
