“Starting therapy here was hands down one of the best decisions of my life. I had a pretty serious fear of flying and was trying to find a way to conquer it as it was preventing me from even being able to travel. I saw a post about how EMDR therapy can help and saw they offered it there as a option, I started with Ashley doing weekly appointments to get me acclimated as a patient before starting EMDR and talking with her was great as she help me through some issues I was having that I wasn’t even aware of at the time, and after some seasons with her I moved onto EMDR with Jolie, this whole process was new to me but she did an amazing job explaining it and working with me and my schedule to ensure we could start the process, as I mentioned I had a pretty debilitating fear of flying, I couldn’t even come close to a plane without having a full blown panic attack ( I also had a similar fear of elevators ) and after a handful of appointments that fear / stress and anxiety was GONE I’m not saying I felt a little better I’m saying I felt completely stress free and had no anxiety around the thought of flying or doing any of the other things related. A few days ago I took a helicopter tour around Watkins and had a blast and I can promise if it wasn’t for Ashley and Jolie it wouldn’t have been possible, if you are thinking about starting therapy I’m forever a huge advocate on the benefits and will always recommend this location!”
