“My personal experience with Renaissance solution. Has been a nightmare. They shut me out for the holidays. It took four weeks before I could get in touch with them to get them to feel my medicines I've been going through a lot. And during the holidays was horrendous, because I wasn't able to contact them to get my medicines refilled. Then, I got mad towards the end. And expressed my anger since I suffered with not having my kids for the holidays. The medicine is to aid that and I couldn't get my medicine 4week i didn't threaten nobody a nothing like that. I just simply express my anger and frustration which anybody would in my situation. I was so depressed for the holidays. It was unreal coming off my medicine that I had been on for a year or 2 at least and then not having my kids for the holidays. It was pretty rough, so they discharge me. They won't see me no more. Because I got mad because they didn't. I couldn't contact them to get refils. Not to mention the doctor visit did me no good. That's my personal experience. I was pretty shopped because I was extremely excited about going there. Because of all the great reviews, and I was hoping that they would be able to help me. But all they did was hurt.”

“Worst place! Non caring! Wasted my time because I didn’t need to speak to her because I didn’t need medication. Told that to me after I wasted about 2 hours. Then told me I needed to speak to someone else. I’m still waiting after almost 5 months for someone to call haha.Joke of a business run there!. Would never go back! She should’ve paid me for wasting my time by not being honest up front and telling me she was only a counselor that gives drugs out not just a counselor to help talk to about an issue. Yeah, 5 months later I get a bill after I called and talk to someone that wasn’t the nicest person about a wrong billing code to secondary insurance. Didn’t fix the code to resubmit to secondary insurance but sent me the bill to pay through email 2 days later. Next time supply the vaseline.”
