“This facility has twice “referred” my suicidal family member to an inpatient psychiatric facility, transferred them; only to learn that the receiving facility had no information from them! Don’t waste your time with this facility. Go directly to your nearest emergency room. The only reason we used them a second time is because our local police department was involved and it was our only option for safe transport by them. Unbelievable!”

“If I could literally leave a more negative review if I could leave a zero negative review about the providers here it’s this. They are unhelpful judgmental and uneducated. There are many more words I could use. Nakita has blown my mind! Even being not polite they will walk out and refuse help on your visit, medication refills, and talk back. I’ve never been to an institution where it’s so unprofessional. Wearing fuzzing boots telling me that she is more concerned about her license then my husband who’s has proof of medical history and why and for long periods of time he needs these type of meds. She quote said she didn’t want to be seen on the TV. Who says that!? And implying what?!!!! Like WOW! She isn’t even Dr but a PA! Even if you pass doesn’t mean you know bedside manner and the material. Only positive there is Patty on the phone Kandace the manager that tried helping. We even stayed after disaster 1. Which I won’t even get into. We tried multiple times. Don’t go here AT ALL!”
