“I scheduled a mental health appointment that was later rescheduled by the office. After waiting more than a week for the new appointment date, I logged in for my scheduled telehealth visit only to have it canceled three minutes after the appointment time because it apparently required an in-person visit. This issue was not identified beforehand, and no one contacted me in advance to correct it. What makes this especially frustrating is that I was actively seeking mental health care and took time out of my day to attend the appointment. Instead of receiving treatment, I was met with poor communication, administrative errors, and a complete disregard for my time and well-being. To make matters worse, I was charged for an appointment despite never being seen by a provider. Mental health patients deserve better than being shuffled around and having their care delayed because of preventable mistakes. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.”
