What patients say on Google
“I love my therapist and the nurse practitioner that is there. But the one front desk lady is always so rude to me when she sees me she always says I do the paperwork wrong. Today I turned it in to other lady and she said I did it all correctly. She is rude to me because I am a young teenage girl. She shouldn’t be one of the faces that gives you an idea of what your gonna be walking into.”
“Rude, lazy and aggresive staff. Repeatedly called a patient fat while I was in the waiting room??????. Front desk and nurse tuned me out completely when it was my turn. Do not come here I mean it”
“From the first day I started here with my new insurance my doctor and her staff have been excellent. They go above and beyond to help me. I have never been doing this good with my academics and work as well as life in general. Big thanks to Dr. Pati, Belinda, and this facility. I am doing better than I ever have been and you guys are helping in a tremendous way!”
“These people are the worst!! It’s impossible to talk to an actual person without calling several times for several days to finally get a call back. When they do answer or call me back, they are extremely rude and unpleasant. It’s impossible to get medication filled in a timely manner. I’ve been on a certain medication for 14 years for ADHD. Now, all of a sudden, they want me to take various tests before refilling my prescription. I completed all these tests but still no answers. The last time I filled my 30 day prescription was 2/24. I’ve been without my medicine for several days now and no one at this facility seems to care how abruptly stopping a medication that I’ve been on for over a decade is negatively effecting my mental health. There’s no follow up. There’s no empathy. I’m filing a complaint with my insurance and the Indiana State Department of Health.”
