What patients say on Google
“I'm so disappointed with the treatment I got there. I had to use AI cause I didn't know how to say correctly in the correct words. Especially this one goes to "Mr. Clark" and you did nothing but listen to my husband. And all the talking about "MOLD" and no one ever 😞 ran a IgE test. (And that's "EVER" in my life. Especially knowing how deathly I have the allergic reaction to mold, until the day they did that prick test on me. I was 19. (You would think that would be maybe a common factor test ever from that point on to run?) Knowing that if someone has the same thing happening over and over again. When they already know what reactions they have to what? That would be the first test that they would run IgE test. Cuz don't they do that for someone having a reaction to say peanuts.?Can afford to get the vaccination shot, because of how many times a day and for how many years. And that cost. I didn't do it but only 6 months but funds ran out. And how many times was my blood taken? Too many. Everything under the sun, except that. I'd like an explanation of why I was so dismissed and treated like a guinea pig of science. I think I deserve that much. Look at the pictures, the words I'd didn't know how to say in the correct or right from that anyone could understand. And the next thing is? How I'm I going to pay for something that left me in a financial hole from something that could have been prevented, if someone maybe really listened. After all. It was black mold, the deadly one of all. Tested negative for COVID, cause it mimic a untreated sinus infection. (I'll show that fact, if need be?)”
“Region 8 is extremely unethical. They claimed they are trained to provide therapy and have specialized training but I never received any type of psychotherapy. Also, they can never keep staff, the psych nurse quit after my 1st visit and they did not have anyone for medication refill for about two months. My therapist Alexia did not provide me with any resources and would not refer me to Community Support even when I told her about my situation. Lastly, I was scheduled to meet with the psychologist for an evaluation but it was just another intake interview. Please do yourself a favor and look else where.”
“Region 8 used to be good when the old workers was working there now Region 8 is just a terrible place to get mental health treatment they really don’t care about you as a mental health client they just care about your insurance company paying them and they are so unorganized so if you’re looking for mental health services look elsewhere”
“At first this was a good facility with good caring doctors and counselors, also great front office employees but over the last six years the service provided has become terrible. Patient appts are rescheduled without notify the patient, your actua doctor would change and patient not notified until day of appt. This location has become very unorganized and the front office staff was replaced with rude employees.”
