“So I was seeing Aishling a Nurse Practitioner for a few years here for prescribing but recently had to suddenly change…I do not recommend receiving care from her. I am about 2 months post partum, and have the absolute worst anxiety of my life. She told me it’s cause was my low iron…I get low iron CAN mimic anxiety but I’ve had this low of iron my entire life and never this anxious. I was having breakdowns because I couldn’t take care of my kids or even myself do to feeling like I couldn’t breathe, shakiness and dropping things, but did she listen? NO. She told me to take iron and wouldn’t do any med adjustments. This frustrated me I went to my primary care Dr. broke down telling her about everything she put in an order for me to be seen by a new psych right away. Fast forward I’ve had my first appointment with my new psych and he basically told me she didn’t know what she was talking about. I’m bi - polar, and my new psych was irritated she never offered me lithium. He told me she had me on the wrong meds, wrong dosages (they were contributing to worsening mood and anxiety……..). He also told me there are blood tests she should have had me get. So I’m just glad I got out of there and in someone’s care who actually cares about helping their patients and knows what they are talking about. So only go to Aishling if you want to be mistreated for your diagnosis and not listen to you:) Thank you!”

“Everyone needs a therapist and probably meds just to get through 2026! Go to Regent MH! My therapist is Anna. She's the best! My prescriber is Aishling. She's also the best! If I could rate this place higher than 5, I would. Get it together and schedule your appointment today!”

“I had been a patient for many years. Dr. Schaetlle misdiagnosed me and I somewhat believed her diagnosis for years eventhough I kind of knew that it was not correct. Better psychiatrists and family members have since agreed that this diagnosis was not correct. She had me on high dose anti-psychotics for the entire time which at this point has been about a third of my life. She rarely listened to anything I had to say, missed glaring causes for issues even though they were reported in genetic testing that she received, did not notice obvious patterns, did not answer questions or half answered one question even if I specifically asked for clarification, did not inform me of a number of side effects and didn't attribute some of my issues to any of the medications she was putting me on, she switched a high dose anti-psychotic to a completely different one without lowering the first one slowly which lead to Dopamine Supersensitivity Psychosis or Antipsychotic Withdrawal Syndrome which caused me to have the worst psychotic episode of my entire life and not even my typical very infrequent psychosis. These were the wrong meds at the wrong dosage at the wrong times for the wrong diagnosis. None of that should be the experience from mental health provider. I have felt very mistreated and my actual mental health team has agreed that this is basically not someone anyone should see for a doctor if they want real treatment. I have also had poor experiences with a couple of therapists at this location. I don't know if this type of "care" is what is common among staff here. If you do go here, specifically ask not to work with Dr. Schaetlle. She seems nice but I don't think her method of treatment is healthy. Thank you for reading.”

“My experience here has been great. Kirk Olson is fantastic and takes a unique approach to medication, helping me deal with my specific situation. Recently started seeing a therapist here and it’s been great.”
