How likely are you to recommend Reframe Counseling Services, PLLC?
What patients say on Google
“I’ve had a great experience with Reframe Counseling Services. Tichina was incredibly professional and attentive, and I truly felt supported. I look forward to continuing my work with them.”
“2 words. Tichina Smith. I am so grateful that there are therapists who actually love what they do- and you can tell that she does. Tichina is compassionate and meets you where you are. She is highly recommended.”
“Nightmare. There are 2 redeeming qualities about this place. The welcoming demeanor of the receptionist, and the fact that they provide tea with a washroom beside it in the lobby. The person did not read ahead of time. This person's name is Tichina. In all fairness, this is my first legitimate therapy session from anybody. This person neglected that, in which I didn't want to share the information twice since I have PTSD from it, and she had also neglected telling me for 5 days straight that I needed higher counseling. The receptionist had to contact HER for there to be something done. Tichina had spoken to me in a controlling demeanor for a short period of time, even though I had told her that I have gone through abuse and I'm trying to learn away from it. She was very lustful (in general) and I could not only feel it but see it in her eyes so I was already wary as it was. She creeped me out. I will never be coming back here, she recommended substance abuse when I didn't talk about recent substance abuse, and treated me like a bit of a child! I wasn't respected by the actual therapist and that is 100% necessary. She should have read ahead of time so that she can be prepared and recommend me a proper place to rest my head. She should have known ahead of time how to talk to someone who has been through abuse. I feel insulted with how I've been treated. (Update 1: After calling the one place that looked promising, it was also a substance abuse treatment center! I only smoke pot from vape shops and drink caffeine! Needed help with verbal abuse, emotional control, and destructive habits relating to emotional control. This was an absolute waste of time thus far.) (Update 2: Their phone call system says that they will return calls within the next business day. I gave them two phone calls and let them know how I was treated, that I would like somebody else (because I have already been accustomed to this place), and that she looks like a liar to me. I also asked for recommendations to better places for me, since they didn't help me with that. No help.) (Update 3: They have emailed me after I called them 3 times. I said she reminds me of a liar, and that I wanted to be seen by a new individual. I was not with a demeaning voice or anything, but my voice was surely upset. Twice I left a voicemail. I had forgotten that they would call me back since they had initially instantly picked up the phone that day. . Never come here, please!)”
“Reframe Counseling has felt like a safe haven for me since the first time I stepped in the door. Reanna at the front desk is so compassionate, immediately learned my name, and is always willing to help. The process to get in to see Lillian was incredibly fast and easy. She has been the most patient, understanding, and communicative provider I’ve ever had. I look forward to going to my appointments! Lillian makes me feel heard, appreciated, and valued while providing me the help that I’ve been seeking. I am so thankful for everything they have done to help me. Thank you, Reframe, for helping me get my life back! 🤍”
