“Had an appointment for a prescription refill. Was rudely told that appointments didn’t matter and it would be an hour wait to be seen. Waited 2.5 hrs. When I went to the nurses station, they said that I had been forgotten about! A doctor that wasn’t even supposed to see me came in asked what I needed, said ok and walked out. I had no discussion about my health or a check in on what the prescription was for. Terrible experience! We pay far too much for healthcare to be treated that way.”

“My family moved to dyersburg from Pennsylvania, we have taken our daughter here twice so far for walk in services and I’ll never go anywhere else. We received such great care for her each time. The providers were all very Thorough in their examinations, and staff was all friendly. Definitely recommend!”

“My son sees Dr. Teresa Smith. I cannot recommend her and the clinic enough. I moved here a few years ago and had such a hard time finding a dr. Luckily, reelfoot clinic was built shortly after and we've been going ever since. The interior is very creative and my son loves going. The nurses are fantastic. My son is on a first name basis with nurse Holly. I've never had a long wait. They really try to get you in and out as quick as they can but they're still very thorough. I recommend their pharmacy too!”
