“I first inquired about my 12 year old needing a provider, I was told they dont accept patients that age. Then when I went for my appointment I asked again and I was told they DO take that age. I then called to make an appointment for him again a couple of days later and let the receptionist know the provider said he could be seen. She didnt want to make the appointment and said she would call me back. She did call me back and an appointment was made. I was then contacted SEVERAL times and asked to move is appointment date or bring him the the New Orleans or Mandeville office. I told them I would not be able to because of work and only having a limited amount of time. I ended up just having to cancel the appointment because they said a provider would not be available at the Belle Chasse location. Today they called me about my upcoming appointment and asked me if it was virtual, which they should be able to see that on their end. I told her it was not virtual, again she tried to get me to go to the New Orleans or Mandeville location and I explained AGAIN, I have limited time due to work. She then asked if it could be virtual. I chose this office specifically for the location being in Belle Chasse but it appears they cant staff the location or schedule appointments on days when they do have staff. Its annoying to always be called to reschedule appointments, they need to get it together, especially because its for mental health.”
