“Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I scheduled a 10:00 AM telehealth intake and never received the link. I called the front desk twice—before and during the appointment—only to be told the staff had no idea what was happening. On top of this, the clinic breached privacy regulations by contacting my mother to set up my appointment without my consent. When I spoke to the manager, she offered no apology and excused the front desk's failure to reschedule me by stating the providers manage their own calendars. As a patient, I am expected not to waste a clinic's time, and I expect the same level of respect, accountability, and confidentiality in return. Avoid this clinic. ​They had multiple chances to fix this, and they chose to make excuses instead.”
