When his belongings were returned to him, two items were missing from his bag: a set of Prismacolor colored pencils valued at $140 and an MP3 player valued at $90 — a combined loss of $230. These items were confirmed to be in his bag when he entered your facility. I put them there myself, and they were not in his bag when he left. Patients and their families deserve to know whether personal belongings are safe in a facility's care.”
