“5 calls. Still can't get a return call for an appointment. Ridiculous. Update. Called Almost 2 weeks ago to get a therapist or help only to find out I'm not in network with my insurance so they were reaching out to the insurance. I'm still waiting. No phone call no update I didn't reach out for help because I don't need it. The system is failing me and completely makes you feel unimportant. Sad”

“I have been trying to get into this place for over a year to get a certain treatment. Multiple referrals sent by my doc, numerous calls unanswered. I FINALLY talked to someone at the end of February and was told that she never received a referral because if she had she would have contacted me. Okay no problem I guess even though we had been trying since march last year. call my doc ask to send another referral… called back several times to follow up, my calls went unanswered. I finally spoke with my doc again this morning and she said oh she sent me a message and said that it was denied due to some reason.. I forgot…. It’s not the fact that my referral was denied that makes me mad it is what it is… it’s the fact that Shawn (the referral coordinator) couldn’t return my phone calls…. All she had to do was pick up the phone and say the referral has been denied and that would have been the end of it… my doctor was beyond frustrated as well as she has never seen a facility act in such an odd manner. Also, the lady who answers the phone has an awful attitude and acts like it’s a bother just to answer the phone. So this place is just not worth the hassle”

“First off, I want to thank Devin for being such an understanding contact person. Gratefully, he has helped me get set up with the "right" person for me, when sometimes personalities don't seem to click. Twice I was placed with the "right" person for me to talk with, after two personality conflicts with two other therapists didn't work out well for me. Don't get me wrong; I'm sure they were both wonderful therapists, but it didn't work for me and I was truly in great need of someone who could understand me, not judge me, and take me at face value. Thankfully, a few months back, I was introduced to Cassidy and am exceptionally pleased with the connection we have with one another. I hope she feels the same way about the awesome connection I feel strongly with her, and I'd take a bet she does. Some things I tell her are, I am certain, hard to fully understand without having the actual experience. Yet, Cassidy NEVER questions my integrity, she doesn't judge me for sharing my truths with her, and I feel like I am speaking with a friend instead of being looked down upon, even if she may not fully agree with everything I blow out to her during our sessions. What more could a client ask for?! I honestly pray that I can keep her as my "person" for as long as possible while being a client of Recovery Technology. I highly recommend Recovery Technology from the past experiences that I have had and I would recommend to anyone that if you are in need of a "better fit" between yourself and the therapist you are now assigned to, for your sake and wellness, mention your desire to Devin and I can guarantee you that he will do his best to find a suitable therapist that melds with your personal situation. Lastly, I want to reiterate that being teamed up with Cassidy has done wonders for my entire well-being. She has stepped out of her way to assist me in furthering my well-being and I cannot thank her enough for that fact.
