“These people dont want personal wellness they want a check. I had to schedule a alcohol assessment for my child. Gloria Miller did the on line assessment. She had her mind made up on what she would recommend for treatment befor we ever sat down to do an interview. They want you part of the system not wellness for people. This establishment is bad for people and bad for the community. Recovery should not be part of the name. They're mission is on going forever treatment they dont care about your future in any way. Go anywhere else.”

“Absolutely awful Services the last thing that this place needs to be is a mental health facility they need to just stick with their damn drug addicts. I've been going there for 5 years I haven't missed my appointment and every time I try to get my medications it's like pulling teeth. Now I get a letter in the mail saying that I was involuntarily discharged and now I can't get my meds at all. Strongly thinking about getting a hold of my lawyer. For a place that was supposed to help with my mental health they have made it so much worse.”

“READ THIS REVIEW! Went in for ovi for a drug and alcohol assessment, they made me do a drug screen that day. They told me it would be 60 dollars for that. I just got a bill from the lab for 1,548.42 cents for that test... You read that correctly. I had to pay over 300 dollars for the one visit, so that was obviously my only vist. They only want your money and you will pay these unrealistic costs because they have you by the throat. If you have a choice, choose Maumee Valley. They seem to actually care about something other than screwing they're clients.”

“Once you discontinue services with them, they won't call you back so you can get your records. My PCP needs the records, I signed a release, and leave numerous messages without receiving a return phone call. Needless to say, my PCP still has not received my records, and nobody there can tell me why.”
