“I've been a patient here for a few years now and I'm very unhappy with the services I received here. The staff kept changing my appointments to telehealth after I told them that I needed to come in and see the doctor. I missed my last few appointments due to the link they sent me was not working. I've had nothing but issues with the link and they knew this because I've told them several times. I've been without my meds for awhile and I feel this place doesn't care about my mental health. Also it's always hard to get anyone to answer the phones. Very unprofessional. I won't be going here anymore.”

“Never been to the office. Never stepped foot in any of their locations. Had a referral for an appointment, and (when I called several times to reschedule) was never able to speak with someone nor able to leave a voicemail due to "mailbox full." This clinic is attempting to charge me for a visit that NEVER occurred. They do not even have enough of my information to provide treatment, since I have never filled out any paperwork to be seen. Perhaps answer the phone so a potential new patient can contact your office and conduct business with you. Definitely do not bill said potential new patient before they both fill out necessary forms regarding their health and accept your treatment. You lose credibility when services such as this are disregarded - all because there is no direct way to reschedule. I choose to look elsewhere for a better Neurological clinic that is readily available to discuss my health and any changes to scheduling that occur.”
