How likely are you to recommend Recon Neurology and Psychiatry?
What patients say on Google
“I am very impressed with Recon Neurology and Psychiatry, to include both offices of Fayetteville and Myrtle Beach, I have recently moved. Both of their staffs are always friendly and helpful, I leave the office feeling great. Samantha, nurse in Fayetteville has been so helpful and knows the true meaning being a nurse; caring, experienced, caregiving, empathetic. Dr Aung has been heaven sent to me, I am a work in progress and currently in therapy as well.”
“Been going here for most of the last year and have always had a great experience. From the staff in the front to the nurses and doctors in the back, everyone seems to want to go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed. Special shout-outs to Dr. Natali, nurse Amber and especially nurse Kaylee; no one fights for my peace of mind and general health more than them. I always leave feeling fulfilled and taken care of!”
“I’ve only been coming to Recon Neurology & Psychiatry for a short time, but from day one I’ve felt like more than just a patient—I’ve truly felt like family. Every single person here is kind, welcoming, and genuinely takes the time to listen to your concerns. Dr. Mutgi and Dr. Natali are two of the most compassionate providers I’ve ever met. They don’t just rush you in and out or immediately prescribe medication—they actually listen, care, and work with you to make sure you’re getting the right care. The front desk staff makes everything so easy, from check-in to check-out, which takes a lot of stress off the entire experience. And I have to give a special thank you to Kaylee—she goes above and beyond behind the scenes, advocating with insurance companies and doing everything she can to make sure patients get what they need. That kind of dedication is rare, and I would truly be lost without her. If you’re looking for a neurologist or psychiatrist who genuinely cares and will take the time to understand you, I cannot recommend this office enough.”
“My 1st visit to my new neurologist. I really like him and felt at ease. BUT after starting on a new medication, I had a seizure only a few days later. I tried calling the next morning to no avail. Everyone may be nice, but if you've ever lost a child to a seizure, you'd understand the fear I have been going through.”
