“I’d like to start by saying how much of an asset Jeff is to this company since I’ve been going to see Dr. Dewar Jeff has went above and beyond helping me make sure everything is scheduled and ready to go for me and as a single mom who works full time I can’t explain how much of a help he is when it comes to my appointments or anything needed. There’s some other staff there and things are not nearly as smooth as when I deal with Jeff. Dr. Dewar is amazing she truly cares about her patients and takes her time and listens.”

“I am writing this review out of serious concern for patient safety and professional negligence. Someone I love had been prescribed Zoloft and was under the care of a psychiatrist at Reclamation Center in Hollywood. Due to an insurance issue, the office completely stopped responding to her calls. She made multiple attempts over several days to reach the psychiatrist and staff, leaving messages that were never returned. Eventually, she was able to reach someone at the office and spoke directly with her psychiatrist. She was placed on hold for an extended period and then told that her medication would be ready for pickup later that evening. This was approximately five days before she was admitted to the hospital. The medication was never made available. During this time, her mental health deteriorated significantly. Without medication, guidance, or follow-up from her psychiatric provider, she became severely depressed and ultimately felt unsafe with herself. On January 25th, she voluntarily admitted herself to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood because she was afraid she might hurt herself. This situation was preventable. Continuity of care is critical in mental health treatment, especially when antidepressants are involved. Being ghosted by a psychiatric office during a vulnerable period is not just unprofessional — it is dangerous. I strongly urge anyone considering this provider to think carefully and to have backup care in place. Mental health patients deserve responsiveness, accountability, and basic follow-through. In this case, those standards were not met.”

“Where do I begin, Reclamation Center in Hollywood is AMAZING! My son has been going for years and from the staff " Jeff" his caring and attentiveness goes beyond any office service we have ever received. He is so caring and helps above and beyond for anything you may need I am so serious!!! And for Dr. Anne Stephens hands down just the best! We absolutely love them and so happy to have a place for my son and all of his needs ! Love, love, love you guys ! Keep up the amazing work!!! ❤️❤️❤️”

“I have been a patient for a few months now. As you must know, it is hard to find the right fit. When it comes to choosing a psychiatrist or counselor. However I have found that the staff here at Reclamation Center. Are warm, attentive and helpful. I myself, use the option of telehealth. Due to the fact that it's hard for me to come into the office. They are very prompt when it comes to our online sessions.. Which I greatly appreciate. At this time, I find myself in poor health in need of two serious surgeries. Both Ms. Anne Stephen and Jeffrey we're very helpful in getting me what I needed from them. In order to proceed with getting my surgery. Handling themselves with the utmost professionalism. You see, this was very important to me being that I have been suffering with great pain for a long time. I was so touched at how willing, attentive, and kind they were with me through this process. The both of them made me feel comfortable, seen and heard. Confirming to me by their actions. That I had chosen the right organization to receive assistance from. Ms. Stephen was refreshingly thorough during our sessions. Which showed me she was truly committed in aiding me. In my journey to wellness. As for Jeffrey in addition to what I have already stated. He has this way about him. Which is super nice. Making you feel like you're talking to an old friend. As I stated before, I was really impressed with their assistance. Through one of the most challenging times in my life. I also want to say that I'm very happy with my counselor as well. Ms. T is very kind and compassionate. She truly makes it easy to open up to her. She also has been extremely helpful in the process of dealing with my feelings toward the both procedures. All in all.With my experience with them this far. I would say. If you are looking for the right fit, try them out. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.”
