What patients say on Google

“This used to be the best doctor's office for mental health for children until it changed hands recently and they replaced all the staff .Now people don't follow up and my kid goes without medication they don't answer the phone and the doctors don't have compassion like they used to. The customer service is lacking. Everybody changed it used to feel like home people would greet you and your child shake your hand or give you a hug we used to offer you a massage chair and coffee and ask about your day. If that matters to you this isn't the place to be.I will definitely be looking for a new place. I feel like we are not heard and don't matter anymore at Reclamation Center.”

“I had a positive experience with Reclamation Center of Fort Lauderdale. The staff was professional, compassionate, and genuinely focused on helping clients feel heard and supported. The environment felt welcoming and respectful, which made a big difference. While no place is perfect, their commitment to care and attention to individual needs really stood out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mental health support in the area.”

“If you are struggling with your mental health don't waste your time with this office... Not only did I explain my symptoms multiple times to my physician and I was disregarded and not given proper treatment..Any time I had an issue with a prescription & I would ask the office for assistance I would be told go to the hospital to figure it out. I felt discouraged prior to looking for another dr because of this place and I was afraid I wouldn't be taken serious by another dr. Mental illness should be handled with care.. If that's what you are looking for..look elsewhere. Now they care and want to call me multiple times to reschedule due to new management? Please..”

“This is the worst place I have ever taken my son , despite bringing him here because higher reviews. I have to leave this for transparency. Initially we used all the services they offered. The first problem was with case management bringing to my attention several time that I need to put my son in a certain school, judging my choice in home schooling since it was brought up several times I decided to end case management. Then the therapist talked to case management and proceeded to do the same thing persuade me to put my son in school rebelling against my decision maker as a parent. On top of this she had a problem that we lived in two different parks in a travel trailer. She kept trying to push us getting on section 8 when I do not want to nor can I afford housing of any kind. I tried to explain my situation to this lady why I lived in the Travel trailer. She tried to tell me why it was not good for my son and says “ how has it been working for you” I then decided to end the session as I was walking out she tells me “ I recommend you to receive therapy since you are making trauma based decisions” this lady is way off and is not my psychiatrist. So now we are finished with therapy. Next now reclamation is denying my son his meds saying it’s precautionary for patient safety. Because their psychiatrist has been out of office for a month and a half and we been seeing someone totally different whom does not know my son. It’s horrible. I’ve been trying to get my son’s meds for 4 days straight now. Stay away from this place.”
